Illuminati of Barbaras: The Barbegazi and Schmutzli
This week we're heading to the Swiss Alps to talk about the Barbegazi! No, not the illuminati of your neighborhood Barbs, but alpine gnomes who thrive in the freezing cold of the mountain tops. With beards of ice and giant ski feet, the Barbegazi shred the snow and will even warn unsuspecting humans of impending avalanches. Then, move over Krampus, because there's a new (actually super old) bad boy in town...Schmutzli! He's Saint Nicholas' sinister sidekick who carries a whip and stuffs disobedient children into his backpack. So naughty!
